Vitamin D plays an important role in protecting your bones, by helping your body absorb calcium. It is essential for your overall health. Children and adults need vitamin D to keep their bones strong and healthy.
So as a reminder, we recommend 15 minutes a day without sunblock. This can be broken up to 3 sets of 5 minutes. Only those people who do not burn easily should get Vitamin D from the sun. Remember to put on sun block after exposing your skin.
