The IOS would like to thank everyone who volunteered for the charity collection in Walkinstown on February 27 last.
An amount of €1,274.48 was collected by Michele and the volunteers. Thanks to Majella, Rose, Sinead, Patricia, Aida, John and Jackie.

Charity collection for the society outside SuperValu, Walkinstown, Dublin 12 on February 27 and 28, 2015.
Irish Osteoporosis Society is looking for some volunteers to collect for the charity outside SuperValu in Walkinstown on Friday, February 27 and Saturday, February 28.
If you have a spare couple of hours and you can help, or rope in some other volunteers, we would really appreciate it.
This is a great form of fundraising and is a very successful and deliberate way to help our year round activities.

Charity Skydive
The IOS Charity Skydive happened on Saturday 11th October, 2014 in Kilkenny.

Coffee Mornings & Quizes
Events like coffee mornings or table quizes are easy to organise, fun social events and a great way to raise funds for the charity. If you would like to organise one contact us for information on how we can help.

Flora Mini Marathon
The Osteoporosis Society are asking all participants of the Flora mini marathon to consider running or walking for the charity. The charities funding has declined by 89% and we have not recieved government funding this year.
There is no other organisation in the Republic of Ireland that deals specifically with osteoporosis, this is why we need your help to continue our work.
The person who raises the most amount of money for the charity will win a free DXA scan and consultation with Prof. Moira O'Brien. Sponsorship cards and T shirts are available from the charity.

Maracycle 2014
We need your support. Join the Irish Osteoporosis Society Charity team and take on a personal challenge of cycling between the two major cities of Belfast and Dublin. Commit to raising sponsorship for our charity and Co-operation Ireland in support of your local communities and join us for a fun weekend of cycling.
